About the Llama Boost Foundation (LBF)

Llama Boost Foundation (LBF) is established with the primary purpose of facilitating and supporting grant initiatives focused on enhancing liquidity and incentive mechanisms within the Curve protocol ecosystem. In fulfilling its objectives, Llama Boost Foundation (LBF) will execute grant agreements with various grantors, which may arise from private negotiations or through public participation in open grant programs. The allocated grant funds will be managed and distributed by Llama Boost Foundation (LBF) specifically to incentivize activity on the Curve protocol.

The core activities of Llama Boost Foundation (LBF) include, but are not limited to:

• Identification of Incentivization Opportunities: Actively identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities to enhance liquidity and user engagement on the Curve protocol.
• Development of Liquidity Incentive Strategies: Designing comprehensive strategies to optimize the deployment of incentives to effectively boost liquidity on Curve.
• Design and Implementation of Incentive Distribution Programs: Developing structured programs for the systematic and efficient distribution of incentives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with relevant agreements.
• Appointment of Chain Ambassadors: Selecting and appointing qualified representatives to serve as ambassadors on specific blockchain networks, promoting and supporting the strategic objectives of Curve.

Additionally, Llama Boost Foundation (LBF) will actively participate in various point-based incentive programs designed to accrue future token allocations. Upon conversion of points to tokens through mechanisms such as airdrops or other token allocation methods, Llama Boost Foundation (LBF) will utilize these tokens for further incentives within Curve pools or otherwise for the ultimate benefit of the Curve ecosystem.

Llama Boost Foundation (LBF) may also engage in various vote incentive programs, wherein participation results in remuneration received in the form of tokens.

For its management and execution of these activities, Llama Boost Foundation (LBF) shall charge and collect a commission, as outlined in the relevant agreements.
